Location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was Ok. Not many items, but the quality was good. rooftop location was fantastic, beautiful view of Bosphorus. Hotel was very clean, and location was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

Everything! Stayed at this hotel before and have never been disappointed. The executive room we stayed in had everything we needed. A big room and the balcony is so big. Lots of toiletries provided. Bed comfortable. Room cleaned everyday! Free water. Fridge was cold. Never had a wifi problem. A/c worked well and thankfully was away from the bed. Water was always hot in the shower. I needed an iron so called reception and was given one within half hour. Plenty of light as floor to ceiling windows. All light controls are next to the bed as well as sockets. Smart tv so one can connect to Netflix. The staff are so helpful, polite and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is in another building across the road. Buffet style it was adequate.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was fantastic. The reception staff were friendly, always smiling, and made me feel welcome right from the start. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the necessary amenities, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional professionalism which was EMRE. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, providing all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the head of house keeping is Hassan who is amazing at his job. The housekeeping staff maintained high standards, ensuring that my room was spotless and comfortable every day. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Finally EMRE the chef who was in charge breakfast made sure our food was 10/10 Overall, the combination of friendly reception staff and diligent cleaning staff created a welcoming atmosphere that I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-maintained place to stay.

the room was really clean and beautiful in terms of furniture. the guys at the reception are very kind and helpful. the location is perfect right next to Hagia Sophia.
